The kickoff meeting of Your Local Guide project was organized, managed and hosted by NERDA, between 25-26 October 2018 at Piatra Neamt, Romania. The activities were developed on two days and the three main topics were:

1. Steering Committee Meeting, focused on the managerial issues, including communication and executive planning
2. Study visits and presentations of Competences of the ideal tourism guide
3. Meeting on Training needs analysis for tourism promotion and marketing
